Unless you’re 16 and under, I’m guessing you probably skipped the MTV Movie Awards last night like the rest of us. But luckily, we can still catch all the highlights this morning. And no, I don’t mean who won, or any dumb videos or skits. I mean the important stuff: who looked the hottest on the red carpet. And for my money, that award goes to Victoria Justice and her cute cleavage. Hmm, with an outfit this good, maybe I should’ve been watching last night after all.
