American actress and singer Hilary Duff is clearly dedicated to her work-out regime.
The blonde beauty, 26, was seen hitting her Los Angeles gym for the second time in as many days on Friday.
For the fans of the star, this is just the latest example of her drive to be in top physical condition for when she returns to the music charts later this year.
Carrying a bottle of Neuro Sonic, the star wore a mish-mash of training gear which included a mesh, long-sleeved T-shirt, khaki green leggings and a flannel shirt.
With her hair in a messy ponytail, she accessorised with a pair of aviator sunglasses and bright orange trainers.
Fortunately, she didn't completely foresake glamour - she also carried an expensive handbag as she made her way into the gym.
Hilary was taking a break from a busy few days which has seen her in the recording studio, working on material for her first album in five years.
But Hilary said recently that she won't be following in the footsteps of stars such as Miley Cyrus by using sex to sell her records, insisting she wants her music to be taken seriously.
She said: 'There are a lot of artists out there being really provocative, wearing certain clothes and performing in certain ways, but right now that’s just not me.
'I’ve always tried to stay true to who I am and present that to the public because I think when you’re not authentic, people can smell it on you.
'Besides, if everyone’s doing the same thing then even being provocative isn’t really provocative.'
Hilary is expected to release her comeback record later this year.
