Seeming to be spending more and more time together, the pair were seen shopping in Bevely Hills on Wednesday.
Hardly able to go a day without revealing her ample assets, Courtney donned a plunging pink tank top for her casual outing.
Yet, the bronzed blonde bombshell was still pretty covered up compared to her typical get-ups, donning a pair of flared grey jeans instead of a skimpy skirt.
And the height-envious TV personality sported a pair of tall nude platform heels as she walked around with a pick-me-up from Starbucks.
Just last month, Courtney was seen sitting on The Green Mile actor's lap as they dined with friends at El Coyote restaurant.
The buxom beauty decided to end her romance with her 53-year-old spouse after their 35-year age difference put a strain on their relationship.
But despite their separation, the two - who appeard on VH1's Couples Therapy - are still working and living in close quarters.
Doug has even retained his position as Courtney's co-manager and the couple have continued to share their marital home.
Courtney was propelled into the spotlight as the 'teen bride' in May 2011 when she tied the knot with Doug in a Las Vegas wedding at age 16.
'I got that it was unconventional but I didn't get how weird and strange it came across...' she previously stated.
'I am happy and I am excited. I feel like a little girl again,' the buxom beauty gushed after separating.
'Just being able to start over. When I was 16, I got my marriage license instead of my driver's license.'
