Selena Gomez arrives at the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer Event on Tuesday night (January 28) in Culver City, Calif.

The 21-year-old actress/singer stepped out to support the collaboration between the American Cancer Society and Stand Up To Cancer.

The partnership, which was to be announced Tuesday night at a gala for both groups’ supporters, involves initial pledges of $10 million from each organization. The money is to be used to create a “dream team” of lung cancer researchers.
