Ke$ha goes all out with glitter at the2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday evening (September 21) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The 26-year-old entertainer performed her hit “Die Young” before she was joined on stage by Joan Jett to sing the classic “Bad Reputation.” Earlier in the month, Ke$ha hit the carpet while arriving for her performance at 1 OAK Nightclub at The Mirage Hotel & Casino.
