Just like fine wine! Sofia Vergara looks ageless -- and as usual, gorgeous -- on the May 2014 issue cover of Women's Health magazine.

The actress, 41, sparkles in a sizzling hot beach-ready ensemble, including neon yellow and floral-printed bikini bottoms that show off her toned legs. Up top, she wears a scoop-neck heather gray top twisted to the side to expose her flat tummy and enviable curves.

The Modern Family star, whose vintage swimsuit photos were unearthed earlier this week, looks just as beautiful -- if not more stunning -- in her 40s as evidenced in her latest bikini pic. The throwback 1992 shots of Vergara, standing on a Colombian beach, were taken just four months after she gave birth to her now-22-year-old son Manolo.

Clearly pleased with her latest cover, Vergara tweeted Thursday, April 10, "Gracias Women's Health!!! Luv my sexy cover!!"

Inside the issue, the Emmy winner flashes a bright smile as she tells the mag, "I'll tell you something. I've always been known for my boobs, but it pisses me off, because I do also have a great ass!"

Vergara also talks about her smoking hot style selections. "I'm Latin, and in our culture, we dress to pick up guys, or for our boyfriends or husbands, rather than for other girls," she says. "I'll prefer to die than wear boyfriend jeans!"

She's also honest about when she feels sexiest. "Some people say, 'I feel the most sexy when I just wake up,'" the actress dishes, "but I feel the most sexy after I have showered, blow-dried my hair, and [put on] full makeup."

She has previously spoken about having difficulty finding dresses that can fit her 32F breasts.

But Sofia Vergara certainly found a winner on Sunday for a Golden Globes after-party.

The actress squeezed into a gold and silver gown that was covered in sequins and boasted a very daring plunging neckline.

The sexy frock hugged every inch of Sofia’s ample curves as she walked the red carpet at the InStyle and Warner Bros. bash.

She was also joined by her fiancé Nick Loeb, and the pair looked loved up as they cuddled in front of the cameras.

The Modern Family star made a quick change after the awards ended, swapping her dramatic gown for the racier one. 

Sofia took the time to pose for a photo too which she posted on her WhoSay account, along with the caption: ‘Feeling so Jlo!!!! Change for the partyyys.’

To the ceremony, the 41-year-old had sported a strapless black Zac Posen number, which boasted a full skirt.

Sofia even joked about how large the frock was when she told E! host Ryan Seacrest: 'I feel like I'm wearing a tent.'

The Colombian born beauty teamed the dress with a statement turquoise necklace and wore winged eyeliner and her glossy auburn locks in pretty waves.

Sofia was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress in a TV Show, Miniseries of TV Movie award.

But as usual the down-to-earth star took it all in her stride when she lost out on the gong, which went to Jacqueline Bisset for Dancing On The Edge.

So apparently USA held something called Modern Family “Fan Appreciation Day,” which meant getting Sofia Vergara to show off her booty in a pair of tight leather pants. And for some reason, I wasn’t invited. What gives? Everybody knows that I’m the #1 fan, and I’m not talking about the show. I’m talking about Sofia’s amazing booty. I’ve been following it for years, and I’ve seen Everything it’s ever been in. Usually three or four times.

Because this is pretty much the only TV set worth stalking on a daily basis, here’s more pictures of Sofia Vergara hard at work looking hot while they film another episode of the Modern Family. I’m not entirely sure what’s happening in this one, but if I had to guess, I’m assuming she’s about to be arrested by the two losers with badges for not showing enough cleavage. I hear the producers have a zero tolerance policy.

As expected, Sofia Vergara cleavage killed it on the red carpet! It’s not easy to pull off a dangerously low-cut red dress but Sofia’s not exactly your average 41-year-old woman! Now I guess Sofia Vergara was pissed that she didn’t win our award for best Emmys cleavage last year, because once she busted out the big guns at the 65th annual Emmys last night, nobody else even had a shot. Which kinda makes it like the real awards show: everybody knows who’s going to win, so the rest is just a formality. Enjoy the view!

There’s a lot of crappy things about September, it starts getting cold again, which means fewer pictures of hotties in bikinis and short shorts. But it’s not all bad, because it also means that fall TV starts back up again, which means a steady supply of Sofia Vergara boobage on Modern Family. So consider this a public service announcement to remember to set your DVR. This episode looks like it’s going to be a good one.
